Terms of Use
This report contains The Tambellini Group’s proprietary and trade secret information (“Confidential Information”). This click-through confidentiality agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”) is binding between the entity on whose behalf you are reading or downloading the report and The Tambellini Group. By requesting this information, you:
(1) represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to enter into this Confidentiality Agreement on behalf of your organization.
(2) on your own and your organization’s behalf, agree to protect the Tambellini Group’s Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care and confidentiality, but not less than a reasonable standard of care, which the organization utilizes for information which it does not wish to be disclosed to the public; and
(3) neither you nor your organization will reproduce, lend, resell, distribute or disclose this report, in whole or in part, to others outside of your organization. If you do not accept the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement, you may not read or download the report.
